2. PERMITTED USE

Limited use of our content may be permitted under the following conditions:

  Brief Quotation
Short excerpts (no more than two sentences) may be quoted for the purpose of commentary, criticism, or news reporting, provided full credit and a direct link back to the original article on OSINTHQ.org is included.

4. DMCA TAKEDOWN PROCEDURE

6. OUR RESPONSE PROCESS

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, OSINT HQ will take the following actions:

01  Acknowledge Receipt
We will acknowledge receipt of the notice and confirm that it contains all required information.
02  Review the Claim
Our team will review the claim and assess whether the identified material constitutes infringement.
03  Remove or Disable Access
If the claim is valid, the infringing material will be removed or access will be disabled promptly.
04  Notify the User
If the content was submitted by a third party, that party will be notified of the takedown and may file a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error.

7. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

Your Contact Information
Full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Identification of Removed Material
The specific URL(s) where the removed material was located before it was taken down.
Good Faith Statement
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Consent to Jurisdiction
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original copyright notice.
Signature
Your physical or electronic signature.

8. REPEAT INFRINGERS

OSINT HQ maintains a policy of terminating access for users and contributors who are repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with the DMCA. Accounts or contributors found to repeatedly violate the intellectual property rights of others will be permanently removed from the platform.

9. REPORTING STOLEN CONTENT

If you find OSINT HQ content being used without authorization on another website, social media account, YouTube channel, or any other platform, please let us know. We actively protect our intellectual property and will take appropriate legal action against unauthorized use of our content.
